Partners
Referral partner program
HaulFare referral partners are movers, realtors, dealers, car clubs and campus or military relocation offices that send clients one tracked quote link. Clients see an instant estimate first (an open-carrier sedan from Chicago to Dallas is estimated at $1,005 to $1,250 in October 2026), then their request goes to one licensed auto transport broker for the actual price. We pay partners no referral fees and buy no links.

How the program works
Every partner link has the same shape:
https://www.haulfare.com/quote/?utm_source=partner-your-business-name
The tag is saved with each quote request that starts from your link, so we can count referrals without asking your clients anything extra. An office that always ships to the same place, such as a campus, can ask for its ZIP code to be added to the link so the delivery field arrives filled in.
Apply
Apply with the form below and we aim to reply within one business day with your tracked link.
Share your link
Share the link with clients who need a car moved: in your email signature, a move checklist, a welcome packet, a club newsletter or a resource page.
Your client sees an estimate
Your client enters ZIP codes and a vehicle and sees an estimate range before typing any contact details. If they want the actual price, they send the request.
The licensed broker contacts them
The request goes to our licensed transport partner, an FMCSA-licensed auto transport broker, who contacts your client to confirm the details and the actual price and, if they go ahead, books the shipment with an FMCSA-registered carrier. HaulFare is a price guide and referral service, not a broker or carrier.
Who the program is for
Moving company or moving broker
Household moves where the car has to travel separately from the moving truck, including long-distance and cross-country moves.
Pages to share
Real estate agent or relocation specialist
Buyers and sellers relocating between states who need a car delivered around a closing or start date.
Pages to share
Independent dealer or auction buyer
Out-of-state retail buyers and auction purchases, including vehicles that do not run.
Pages to share
Classic or collector car club
Members sending cars to shows, restorers, buyers or a seasonal home, often on an enclosed trailer.
Pages to share
University housing or student services office
Students and parents moving a car to or from campus at the start or end of a term.
Pages to share
Military relocation assistance office
Service members and families moving a privately owned vehicle on PCS orders.
Pages to share
University and military relocation offices often keep neutral resource lists, and federal employees may not use their position to endorse a business. A plain listing alongside other providers is all we ask for; we never ask an office to recommend us.
What your clients see
The quote form shows an estimate range before it asks for a name or phone number. These are the ranges the HaulFare price model gives for typical partner moves in October 2026. They are estimates, not quotes: the transport partner confirms the actual price once a carrier accepts the load and the customer approves it.

What we promise partners
One licensed broker handles every request
Client requests go to our licensed transport partner, an FMCSA-licensed auto transport broker, who contacts them to confirm the actual price and pickup dates and arranges the carrier. HaulFare is a price guide and referral service, not a broker or carrier.
We do not sell your clients' data
We do not sell or rent it. Each quote request goes to one licensed broker only, never to other brokers or lead buyers, and the broker shares with the assigned carrier what it needs to move the car.
The same consent rules as every quote
Your client decides whether to tick the optional box that allows automated calls and texts. If they leave it unticked, they still get a quote, and the request is marked for personal calls only. Reply STOP ends texts, and a request to stop calling by any reasonable means is honored.
Honest numbers
Estimates are shown as ranges before any contact details, and the broker confirms the actual price before anything is booked. Clients pay HaulFare nothing.
Referral counts on request
Once a month we can tell you how many quote requests came through your link, as a number only.
No use of your name without permission
We do not list partners or quote them in our marketing unless they agree in writing.
What we ask of partners
- Describe HaulFare as a free car shipping price guide that refers quote requests to one licensed auto transport broker, not as a broker, carrier or trucking company. Federal rules reserve those roles for companies registered with FMCSA.
- Let clients request their own quote through your link. Please do not fill in the form for them or send us client lists: consent to calls and texts has to come from the person whose phone number it is.
- Do not promise clients a price, a pickup date or a discount. Point them to the estimate instead; the broker and carrier set the final price and schedule.
- Tell us when a client has a problem. Email quotes@haulfare.com and we will pass it to the broker and follow up.
What we do not do
- Pay partners referral fees, commissions, gift cards or credits.
- Buy links, pay for placements, or ask for particular link wording.
- Refer anyone who has not asked for a quote, or accept lists of client names and numbers.
- Share your clients' names, contact details or quote details with you, or with anyone other than the one licensed broker their request goes to.
- Guarantee pickup dates, transit times or prices. The transport partner and the carrier it assigns set the schedule and the actual price.
- Ask for exclusivity or ask you to stop recommending anyone else.

Why we pay partners no referral fees
A referral fee is a material connection. Your clients would need to be told about it clearly, and a paid link on your website would need a sponsored or nofollow tag under Google's rules. We would rather you recommend HaulFare only because it helped your clients. HaulFare itself is paid a referral fee by our licensed transport partner, the licensed broker quote requests go to, and discloses it on every page; your clients pay HaulFare nothing. If our policy on partner fees ever changes, any fee will be set out in a written agreement and disclosed to customers before they request a quote.
Free tools and data you can share
Link to any of these from your website, newsletter or move checklist. The tools cannot be placed inside a frame on another site, because our security headers block framing, so link to them instead. The Cost Index table and CSV are licensed CC BY 4.0: republish them with credit to "HaulFare Car Shipping Cost Index, October 2026", a link to the source page and a link to the license, and say if you changed anything.

Partner program FAQ
Does HaulFare pay referral fees or commissions?
No. HaulFare pays partners no referral fees, commissions, gift cards or credits, and does not buy links or placements. HaulFare itself receives a referral fee from our licensed transport partner, the licensed broker quote requests go to, and discloses it on every page. If our policy on partner fees ever changes, it will be under a written agreement, disclosed to customers before they request a quote, and partners would need to disclose it too, as the FTC Endorsement Guides require for material connections.
Can I request a quote on behalf of my client?
Please send your link instead. The optional call and text consent on the quote form has to come from the person whose mobile number is entered, because federal rules require that written consent bear the signature of the person called. For the same reason we do not accept lists of client names or phone numbers.
What happens after my client uses the link?
They see an estimate range before entering any contact details, then send the request if they want the actual price. The request goes to our licensed transport partner, an FMCSA-licensed auto transport broker, who contacts them to confirm the price and pickup dates. Your client pays HaulFare nothing.
Will you share my clients' information?
Only with the one licensed broker their quote request goes to. We do not sell or rent it or pass it to other brokers or lead buyers, and the broker shares with the assigned carrier what it needs to move the car. We do not send partners client details either; on request we report only how many quote requests came through your link each month.
Can I put your calculators or Cost Index on my website?
Link to any of our free tools from your site, newsletter or move checklist. The tools cannot be shown inside a frame on another website, because our security headers block framing. The Cost Index table and CSV are licensed CC BY 4.0, so you may republish them with credit to "HaulFare Car Shipping Cost Index, October 2026", a link to the source page and a link to the license, noting any changes you make.
How do you know which quote requests came from my link?
Your link carries a tag (utm_source=partner-your-business-name) that is saved with the quote request when your client starts from the link and submits in the same browser tab. If a client phones instead, ask them to mention your business name on the call.
